SeyID after Naturalization

If you have naturalized and already have a SeyID account, please contact support so your existing account can be reviewed and updated correctly.

If you have naturalized and need help with your existing SeyID account, there is no need to visit in person. Simply send the required documents to the SeyID support team by email.

What you need to do

To update your existing SeyID account after naturalization, please complete the steps below.

Prepare both NIN cards

Make sure you have clear and readable copies or photos of:

  • Your old NIN card
  • Your new NIN card

Send them to support

Email both cards to the SeyID support team using the contact below.

Explain your request

In your message, state that you have naturalized and need assistance with your existing SeyID account.

What happens next

Once support receives your request, the team will follow the standard procedure to process it.

  • Ensure both cards are clear and readable
  • Include both the old and new NIN card
