1.1 Welcome to the BizAuth Portal. These Terms of Use govern your use of the BizAuth Portal and it use of third party services such as SeyID and monServis. Please read these Terms carefully.

1.2 By using the BizAuth Portal, you are agreeing to these Terms. Any non-compliance with these terms may result in civil or criminal liability. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the BizAuth Portal.

1.3 These Terms of Use are subject to change with time. Using the website after the changes have been made will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms of Use.

1.4 These terms only govern the relationship between BizAuth and you. The dealings between you and any other third party are not governed by these terms.

1.5 This website is maintained by the Department of Information Communication Technology.

2. Reservation Rights

2.1 The Department of Information Communication Technology reserves all rights to deny access or restrict access to this website to any particular person, as well as block access from any particular internet address to this website, at any time and without notice.

2.2 There are currently no fees for using BizAuth. We reserve the right to introduce new fees if and when we so deem necessary. We are not responsible for any fee charged by any other Internet site, application, software, service, product or otherwise that is not provided by us.

3. Access to BizAuth Portal and it use of your SeyID information and your monServis information

3.1 The features and functionalities of the eServices provided on the BizAuth portal are accessible with SeyID. You must register for a SeyID account in order to use such features and functionalities. You are responsible for the confidentiality, safekeeping and security of your Account details, including the Login Credential required to access your account.

3.2 When logging in with your SeyID to access the BizAuth Portal, we may be required to collect, store, use, disclose or process data belonging to you, or that of your organisation.

3.3 You must notify us immediately if you suspect your Login Credential or Account has been compromised or accessed without your permission. We are not liable or responsible for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your Login Credential being compromised.

3.4 During your use of the BizAuth Portal we may be required to collect, store, use, disclose or process personal data belonging to you, or that may relate to a third party individual and that is provided by you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.5 By using the BizAuth Portal you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Terms of Use, and that you agree to the Privacy Policy as may be amended with time.

4.1 The content on this website is copyright © Government of Seychelles, except where otherwise stated.

4.2 You may download, display, print and reproduce the content in unaltered form only for your personal, non-commercial use or use within your organization.

4.3 You may not deal with the content in a manner that might mislead or deceive any person.

5.1 BizAuth is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind.

5.2 The accessibility of BizAuth may rely on technologies outside of our control and as such we do not make any representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever in relation to BizAuth and any associated function or feature, that they will be continuously accessible, uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected or that their servers are and will be free of virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code or program.

5.3 The content on this website is provided on the basis that the Government of Seychelles is not engaged in rendering professional advice and therefore we strongly advise you to carefully evaluate the accuracy, completeness and relevance of the content.

5.4 The Government of Seychelles makes no representations or warranties about accuracy, reliability, completeness or suitability of the content on this website for any particular purpose and disclaims all liability for any and all expenses, losses, damages and costs which might be incurred as a result of the information being inaccurate or incomplete in any way and for any reason.
